Carbon steel clad stainless steel tube designed for heat exchanger application


Clad tube is made of high precision carbon seamless steel tube and seamless stainless steel tube, carbon steel tube is as backing steel material, thin thickness of stainless steel tube is as corrosion resistant material, and they are perfectly combined. Performance characteristics

1.       Adhesion strength between layers is more than 210MPa, adhesion rate is 100%
It completely solves the problem of weak adhesion strength of the layers that exists in the bimetal clad tube due to adopting new clad innovation process. The properties of adhesion strength and heat transfer obviously go beyond the current parameters of clad tube. The adhesion strength between layers of ordinary clad tube is 0.2MPa, it increases to more than 210MPa, by 1050 times, and adhesion rate is 100%.

2.       Thermal conductivity of clad tube achieves 200% of that of pure stainless steel tube

3.       Withstand the same as or better pressure than that of seamless steel tube with the same sizes
