Carbon steel clad copper steel tube designed for heat exchanger application

Adhesion strength between
layers is more than 140MPa
The copper clad pipe whose outer material
is pressure resistant metal pipe and inner material is T2 copper seamless steel
pipe. Combine these two materials with special processing technology which can
not only resist corrosion, but also resist high temperature. The most important
point is that its adhesion strength is 6 times as traditional clad pipe, it’s
up to 140 MPa, and it solves the century problem of bad adhesion strength of
traditional copper clad pipe absolutely.

Excellent antifatigue ability
The product can resist high temperature
because its outer and inner materials are metal, and the coefficient of heat
expansion and contraction of these two metals are close, so the intermediate
layer of clad pipe can not be destroyed under the condition of great
temperature change. The pipe is still intact through cyclic experiment from
normal temperature to 500℃.

Excellent anticorrosion ability
Copper clad pipe has excellent anticorrosion
ability, like crevice corrosion, point corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
